(as the patient),

After my discharge from ward 2 Larbert NHS they put me on to Fasams Link. I was going to their drop in service already. Forth Valley advocacy were great. I got a CPN, and they arranged to get adjustments to help me get out of my bed due to medical problems with my neck and back. They have always been there for me for years and years any time I need some help with my PTSD, depression and stress.
