About: Stafford Hospital

(as the patient),

I had 2 appointments at Stafford Hospital in the past 4 weeks. One was for a chest x-ray and the other for an ultrasound scan of my lung.

I arrived on time for both appointments and, after being passed very promptly from one staff member to another, I was seen. The speed of turnaround was outstanding! In both cases the time between arriving at the hospital (carpark) and leaving the hospital was less than 35 minutes (which I know because the parking tickets were timed).

This was really such excellent service.
