(as a relative),

There is only so many times you can be told we are short staffed. with the exception of a few dedicated nurses the care on this ward is dreadful.

Dear Angry and Upset,

Thank you for your comment, ward 203 has had a recent increase in patient dependency, extra nursing staff have been added to the team and Senior Nurses are monitoring the situation every day and supporting the ward team.
