"trying to talk to someone on the phone"

I tried to call the Finance Dept of K&CH but got progressively more and more angry with the computerised phone switchboard. I think it's really awful that it's impossible to talk to a switchboard receptionist - it's not public friendly.

We have received similar feedback on the computerised phone switchboard, and are working with our supplier to progressively improve the system.
