(as a relative),

My mother has been admitted 5 times to East Surrey Hospital.

I feel the care has been non-existent, and the staff I met were non-caring. They seemed to be more interested in reading emails than their patients.

I am also very sad to read your comment. I see your mother has had multiple admissions but there is very little information on which we can investigate. I am very sorry that this has been your mother's experience of our service and a Lead Nurse would like to meet with you to discuss your concerns. I hope we can reach a point where you feel your mother is getting the level of care she deserves and we expect our patients to receive, and we can alleviate any concerns you have. And in the meantime, I hope your mother is comfortable.
