I was a patient at the Royal Bolton Hospital's ward F4 after breaking my wrist. The care which I received was always very good - I was always seen promptly, and never left alone without any information.
The only thing which would have been better is if I had been given more help in getting washed and dressed.
Thank you to everyone from A&E, the surgical team, the staff nurse and her colleagues, and the cleaning staff.
