"pleased with referral service to Telford Hospital"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I have no complaints about the service or care that I have been given. Within one day of my GP phoning me with results of scan, TRAQS phoned to make an appointment for the hospital. I could have had an earlier appointment, but it was at Rowley Hospital Stafford, which I had never heard of, so I asked for Telford Hospital which I preferred.

I was given a date there and then on the phone, it seemed no trouble at all. No waiting for letters through the post. I am now waiting to hear when I can go into hospital, I have said I can go in at short notice, so I don't expect to wait very long.

Pleased with everything so far.
