(as a service user),

Since attending Ashley House, I've been back and forth in my addiction, head all over the place, and I just want to mention about my key-worker Russ. He has been fab with me and since meeting him and we talked and he told me to stop fighting my head, I went away- took on board and it's working.

I've been clean for 17 days, and it was Russ who has helped me tremendously on my journey to a whole new way of life.
