Following symptoms of upper respiratory infection, I was admitted to the Royal Liverpool University hospital for the purpose of observation. The standard of medical care was very good - I was given very thorough examinations and tests to find out the cause of the infection.
The only thing that could have been better would be if I had been given perhaps a little more information from the doctors regarding the 'whys and wherefores' of the tests.
I was most grateful for the care and attention shown to me by all concerned, so thank you very much.
