About: Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The person that phoned me was rather condescending- not everyone is simple!

After that stage all the care from the Donnington Dermatology Clinic was excellent- it was prior to that that the person needs to improve! Not anyone linked to Donnington Clinic.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your feedback. Due to a technical issue, I was not alerted to your story and only became aware of it recently.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback on the experience that you had at the Dermatology clinic at Donnington and the phone call that you received initially. I am sorry that I will not be able to look into this for you as Shropshire Community Trust do not provide this service, I understand that this may be provided by Telford Referral and Quality Service (TRAQS).

Hope this will be useful to you and once again many thanks for your time in giving your feedback to the NHS.
