What could be improved

I needed a blood test and wasnt sure what times it was open.

So I checked the times on the Orsett hospital website. They said it closed at 3.45pm in the

week.

I decided to go on wednesday the 7th November. I got there at 3.30pm and the

shutter was down. If it is supposed to shut at 3.45pm why was it shut at 3.30pm.

I had to make arrangements for my daughter to be picked up from school, now I have got to

go on another day. The website needs updating. I can't be the only one this has happened

to.
