"Great treatment but in poor setting."

What I liked

Great treatment at Urgent Care Centre but Childrens Waiting Room far too small, cluttered unfit for purpose and really dicult to avoid tripping opver toys. Also, took 10 minutes to answer phone when trying to reorganise a clinic appointment. Disabled loo out of action.

What could be improved

Needs something better that current, portabin-type building. Waiting areas; adult and children's far too cramped.

Anything else?

First time I visited this facility. Staff great. Polite, worked hard but building cramped and far from ideal. Just looks as if it is an add-on and not really planned.
