I was a patient in clinic II of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of haemorrhoids. The efficiency of the service was brilliant. My appointment was for 10am. I arrived at 09.45, was seen at 10.05, and was treated and left hospital by 10.20. It was excellent treatment in my opinion.
