What I liked

We had a outpatients appointment for a Consultant

I wanted to say how impressed we were today of the time taken for the care of my Daughter - he welcomed us with a shake of a hand and warm smile really put us at ease - he sat with us for at least 45 mins going through in detail the problems we are having at the moment with our Daughters health - very pro-active in terms of treatment and investigating further with tests rather than refering back to the GP!

This is the NHS at its best with people like our Consultant a real credit please convey my sincere thanks - this has meant a lot to me and my husband

I hope your daughter is recovering and you have a clearer plan for any ongoing treatment she may need.
