What I liked

The level of attention and treatment was second to none. The expertise of all the staff involved in my treatment was unrivalled. I felt that I was cared for personally and professionally. This process which involved six different visits, has literally changed the quality of my life and I would recommend anyone with allergies to take part in the challenge programme to discover the true nature of existing allergies.

What could be improved

Nothing at all. Administration, staff, punctuality and professionalism was among the best I've experienced in the NHS.
