What I liked

My daughter sustained an injury to her hand playing hockey. We were dealt with at reception promptly, called for assessment within 5 minutes, booked for an x-ray straight away, had x-ray and final outcome all within 30 minutes.

Anything else?

Liked the colour coded seats. When we were asked to move to a different part of the hospital, we were informed of the colour of the chairs to go to. Very simple and therefore no mistakes as to where we should be.
