Appointments on time access very good. Staff friendly and helpful
What could be improved
Reception area dirty with half eaten apples left on the side bottle of fruit shoot and Ribena left on the side. Dirty tissues on the floor
In the waiting area of the lostock suite blind filthy. I went to clean my hand s with the hand washes on the corridors but they were empty.
This hospital needs a good clean
