I'd just like to record my thanks and appreciation for the excellent care I received at Raigmore Hospital recently when I had a hysterectomy carried out.

In particular, I appreciated the time taken by surgeon, Dr Davies and anaesthetist, Dr Whyte at the pre-op appointment to talk through the procedure and answer my questions. This support helped so much to reduce my anxiety.

Ward 8 staff also provided wonderful care after surgery, so my thanks to them too!
