"felt mislead by inormation on confirmation letter of referral"

I attended endoscopy unit, after having an ultrasound examination in x-ray 2.

2 letters were received-

1) for ultrasound appointment 9am

2) for cystoscopy - Bickerstaff unit 9. 30am

That was fine- but I received another letter confirming my appointment at 9. 30am- stating what to bring with me etc.

On the reverse of this letter it goes on to say-

Morning appointments-

You will have x-rays taken of your kidneys and bladder- usually taking an hour. This is done by injecting fluid into a vein for x-rays to be taken.

This was not the case for me as I had an ultrasound- so I felt mislead and somewhat anxious.
