I just wanted to contact you to say how impressed I was with the out of hours service that I received yesterday. I called 111 after getting home from work to find my daughter who is two had been poorly all day. I called at 6. 45 and was back home with medicine for 8. 15 after seeing a lovely doctor at the Pendle Community Hospital in Nelson who was very patient and understanding with my daughter.
