i liked that they saw me exactly on my appointment time and not later. i enter the hospital elizabeth garrett anderson and the receptionist saw my letter and gave me a form to fill out and then the consultant came to get me,introduced himself,asked me questions and explained what was to happen next and why?

liked to be involved even forgot that he was male especially as it was a gynae appointment,chaperoned during examination.
