What I liked

Despite the clinic in ARU being exceptionally busy, in no way was I rushed or hurried, but was allowed to sit & go over any worries I had. It's extremely refreshing to have a consultant who is proactive & takes your concerns into account. When it is going to be a lifelong comittment with hospital appointments, having a consultant, MS nurse, physio, nurses, receptionists, OT's & care assistants who care, can make a massive impact on every day life. Priceless!

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing!

Anything else?

These people go about their jobs every day without realising just how huge an affect they have on their patients mental as well as their physical wellbeing. I can sleep happy at night knowing I have them on my side.

Thank you to our clinic patient who has taken the time to provide such a positive comment which has inspired us and boosted the morale of all the team on the Alderbourne Unit. It is rewarding and fulfilling to know that the hard work from the unit staff is acknowledged and appreciated.
