What I liked
I had one of my wisdom teeth removed early in October and then went back twice because of complications (development of dry socket after the initial extraction). On all occasions the admissions staff were extremely helpful in getting me an appointment, especially when I was in pain a week after the initial surgery - they were able to get me looked at within an hour of phoning!
I am self employed so I often have gaps in work at short notice and the admissions team were able to accommodate this by offering appointments at short notice.
Everyone I saw for treatment, whether students or fully qualified surgeons, were polite, helpful, professional and gave me confidence in their abilities by talking through each stage of the surgery.
Thanks for all your efforts!
What could be improved
Waiting times are sometimes a little long once you get to the hospital, however for a busy department that must encounter many last minute drop-ins due to complications/pain etc. I think this is to be expected.
