What I liked

The environment was clean and bright. The nursing staff could not have been more helpful. They were friendly and caring, and I felt very well looked after. The whole atmosphere was conducive to getting better. The surgeon discussed my operation beforehand, and came to comment afterwards.

What could be improved

Nothing, really. If any operation cpuld be called a "good experience", mine was .

Considering your completely understandable anxiety, we’re delighted to hear your whole treatment process went well, and you came away with such a positive impression of your whole experience with us.
