I was a patient at the Queen's Medical Centre Fracture Clinic for the treatment of broken bones in my foot. The best thing about how I was treated was the politeness and friendliness shown to me by all the staff.
The only problem was that there was quite a delay in waiting to be seen, so this could have been improved.
I would like to thank all staff, but especially the plaster room nurses.
