About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I went to see my GP regarding a problem with my wrist. I did not know how the system works and was not made aware that referrals had changed. I just received a letter from TRAQS some weeks later to tell me they had been trying to contact me and to let me know the appointment details at the Princess Royal Hospital, I did not know about the system until they contacted me.
