What could be improved
The whole experience. Nursing staff were surly and unhelpful. They refused to communicate by telephone with my relatives despite knowing they all live at great distance (in fact one lives abroad) I was kept waiting with minimal information about what was happening. I was promised a visit from a cardiologist on friday morning, by tuesday afternoon I was still waiting, still in limbo. May I remind the nursing staff that without the patients you would not be in a job, your job is to provide care and comfort to ill and anxious patients not treat them as a hindrance to your gossip sessions.
Anything else?
I had treatment here many years ago and was so impressed with the level of cleanliness and care. I can hardly believe this is the same hospital.
