I recently broke my leg and was taken in to A&E at the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield. I found the standard of care which I received to be very good - I feel that I was treated with the utmost care and respect by all staff who saw me.
After my operation, the results and aftercare were not really discussed with me (except to be given an outpatient appointment 2 weeks after discharge). More information would have been better!
