I was a patient on Gillies ward at the Nottingham City Hospital for breast surgery. I found the standard of medical and nursing care to be good, but the cleanliness of the hospital and the car parking facilities were poor. Also, although I was seen without too much delay, I feel that information and decision making with regards to my treatment was not discussed with me appropriately.
