What I liked

They operated me on Saturday and follow-up on Sunday the next day. Made me feel I'm well looked after. Free drinks and sandwiches. I didn't keep calling about my appointments. I was able to ask questions and the doctor explained to me well.

What could be improved

Optometry. I've called several times and left the message. Nobody answers the phone and nobody calls me back.

Anything else?

PALS, which is supposed to help patients. Not very helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to provide comments on the care you received at Moorfields. I'm glad to hear that you were well looked after during your treatment, but will pass on your concerns about optometry and PALS to the relevant departments.
