About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

From the doctor referring me to the nice man I spoke to that made my appointment I thought it was done in very good time and the man took time to explain about the appointment and he would send a letter out with the day and time and he explained that some other papers would be coming with it.
