"Referral to Physio for a shoulder problem has been extremely helpful"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I have recently been referred to a physiotherapist via NHS for a shoulder problem.

Throughout I have been treated with respect and there was no problem having a referral after trying other avenues through my GP.

The physio service has been extremely helpful.
