I was extremely pleased with the service I had, very pleasantly surprised at the early appointment and warm welcome at the clinic.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to the TRAQS Team. We are very pleased that you had a positive experience when using our new service.

TRAQS is a new service providing help and support for the patients registered with GPs within the NHS Telford and Wrekin area when they require a referral to a hospital or community clinic for further treatment.
