About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Having heard all sorts of horror stories about making appointments and NHS performance so far I am impressed.

Shawbirch Medical Practice gives a first class caring service, we have been with them since they opened.

The referral to Oswestry is what I wanted and TRAQS have dealt with my request in an efficient way and Oswestry has very quickly made me an appointment in 6 weeks time which pleases me.
