"Meticulously clean hospital and understandable description of my condition"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Shoulders, Knees & Feet (muscles & bones)

(as the patient),

I found the receptionist to be very cheerful and courteous.

The doctor who attended to me quickly put be at my ease. The surroundings were meticulously clean.

I was given a lucid and understandable description of my condition and the options for treatment open to me. Overall an encouraging experience.
