"Experienced staff who take time to listen "

About: Adult community services / Heart failure support services

(as the patient),

I attended and saw the heart nurse Janet who explained everything in detail about my complaint and the workings of the heart.

She gave me a thorough examination and test.

Prescribed medication and explained in detail and the side effects of the tablets.

Arranged future appointments and blood test and I see her every month.

An excellent service with experienced staff who take time to listen.
