"Do not go to the waking centre"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

What I liked

The nurse who saw me could not have been less friendly .She was rude to me because I came with chest pain around heart which I had for 3 months. She didn't want to listen to my symptoms.

Then She put me in the wrong queue to make me wait 3 hours .

After 3 hour I asked when will I see doctor ,I was told I was discharge and

they lost my papers , after 10 minutes looking they told me I will see GP in about 2 houres

Do not go to the waking centre

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience at St George’s Hospital. This is not the level of service and care that staff seek to provide to patients and your comments will be passed on to the management team responsible for the new urgent care centre where A&E and the walk-in centre have now been combined. If you would like to receive a personal response to your concerns then please do not hesitate to contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS): pals@stgeorges.nhs.uk or the complaints and improvements department: complaints.compliments@stgeorges.nhs.uk.
