"Consultant was caring and explained everything"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Patient transport was easy to arrange, the driver was excellent and made sure we arrived at the clinic by taking us there, and collecting us later.

It was a very busy clinic, but patients were dealt with efficiently. Mr. Raj (Consultant) was caring and explained everything to me. I have to return in 3 months and am happy to do so.
