"I was impressed with the consultation and explanation"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

After my GPs referral I was told that I would be contacted by TRAQS within 5 working days to discuss an appointment. It took longer that 5 days but it did not inconvenience me too much.

From the time I arrived at Princess Royal Hospital for my E. N. T. appointment I was treated very well. The consultant explained to me what was wrong and what he would do to correct it. I was impressed with the consultation and the doctor's explanation.
