About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was not contacted by TRAQS, so difficult to comment. I was just sent an appointment in the post to my old address. However, the appointment was OK and easy to change on-line if I needed to, and the service was excellent.

Thank you for your comments received via Patient Opinion.

TRAQS is a new service for all referrals received for patients who are registered with GPs in the NHS Telford and Wrekin area.

TRAQS is a referral service which contacts patients and offers a Choice of hospital/clinic appointments. Patients can choose to be seen outside the local area if they wish and patients often request a specific hospital or consultant appointment.
