About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Although my initial appointment at Telford had to be cancelled. Attended appointment at Shrewsbury hospital. Consultant was very good, explained what would happen. Will be having surgery at Telford Princess Royal Hospital which suits me as I live in Telford. Have been given a time within 3 months. I will contacted by Princess Royal Hospital.

Very efficient service, was seen by consultant earlier than appointment time.
