(as the patient),

I have been a patient at the Macclesfield District General Hospital a long time ago, the treatment was excellent. I am a diabetic and over the last 8 years I have received care from my local surgery. The diabetic nurse at my local surgery, Park Lane Surgery and Dr Carter are excellent. I have found that I have had an excellent support network and I regularly go for blood tests. I have no complaints about my treatment.
