"I find prescription ordering problematic"

I was more satisfied with the previous arrangement of ordering my staple foods via my GP since the telephone number for ordering the prescription now is often unmanned.

Dear Absolute285, thank you for your posting on the Patient Opinion web site. We are sorry to learn that you do not manage to speak to someone when you ring. Our telephone line is manned 10am to 4pm and there is an answer phone for 24 hours a day.
