What could be improved

My husband is a patient at the haematology/cancer day case unit at sunderland royal hospital every so often for treatment .

I must say he gets very depressed on the days he has to attend here as he feels the nursing staff are very uncaring and unfriendly .

I have also noticed and have seen other comments mention that some of these nurses are very unhygienic .
