What I liked
Prompt Attention at Reception Desk.Calm and polite staff using my name and explaining what would be happening .My first time in A&E.
Dr who saw me after 3 hours ,was polite ,professional at 0615 am and went through what the blood tests and other Tests had meant for me .
Was amazed at how hard staff worked and under so much pressure.
What could be improved
Perhaps checking with Patients in the cubicules that they we still alright after a few hours
