What I liked

I have made numerous visits to the Day Surgery Clinic to have various treatment for my back and the Staff have always been polite, friendly and very professional, if all of the NHS was run in the same way there would be absolutely nothing to complain about.

What could be improved

The only thing I didn't like was getting checked in to the ward and then having to sit in the waiting room to be called for treatment, the hospital probably has to work that way to fit everybody in, but this is no big deal.
