I have been reading about Don't be a DNA!

I t costs the trust aprox £3 Million

over unatended appointments,I have been ringing the hospital for 2 days to cancell my appointment with no luck.Nobody is picking the phone up.so I got fed up of waiting,also I am being charged for the call. Its not people just not turning up for appointments we can't get through to cancell
