"unfair and very rude customer service"

What could be improved

I am writing this letter because of the complaint the behaviour and attitude of the reception staff of Finchley Memorial Hospital.

On 16 October 2012 I was asking a glucose tolerance blood test appointment in the hospital reception.

One of your staff she was unpolite, unpatient and very rude with me. I am 13th weeks pregnant, she was not helpfull at all. When she booked me an appointment she was asking me :

It is your first pregnancy? I answered yes it is. And than she is answered : I hope is your last one. I am really upset she told me that, and I think she have not got any reason to tell me this, she should not work in this hospital. She was also laugfing on me because I will have to starving 4 hours in the glucose test. I do not understand this NHS customer service, I am really sad and disappointed because in 2012 in England the NHS service like this. You should look after your staff how they are treating with patient. NHS has to look after people, help people, support people, and not abuse patient.
