We're sorry to hear that you had a poor experience at the walk in centre.

We take infection prevention and control as well as hand hygiene very seriously. We always encourage patients to challenge staff and visitors about hand hygiene, and staff will not be offended if you ask them to wash their hands prior to treatment. We'll be sure to pass on your comments to the walk in centre staff and remind them about the importance of washing their hands regularly.
