Seamless treatment all members of staff reassuring and approachable. Impressed with the spot cleaning going on! I had back pain on the day and without saying so the nurse on duty noticed and brought me extra pillows to help. The anaesthetist and his nurse were lovely with me and calming. All in all woke up relatively pain free with my rotator fixed feeling like I had been treated like royalty with all my follow up info and meds sorted to go home in less than 10 hours!
